Our platform facilitates connections between clients seeking premium wellness services and independent contractor therapists who provide these services. Elite Spa serves as a technology facilitator and does not directly provide massage therapy services.

Age and Legal Requirements

All users must be at least 18 years of age to access Elite Spa services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Identity Verification

• Premium client subscriptions require enhanced identity verification
• Professional background checks are mandatory for all therapist accounts
• Corporate clients may require additional verification documentation
• All users must provide accurate and current information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Elite Spa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Client Payment Obligations

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled 7 days before billing cycle
• Premium services require upfront payment processing
• Corporate billing arrangements available for executive accounts

Therapist Compensation

Elite Spa therapists work as independent contractors and receive direct compensation from the platform. Therapist earnings are processed according to service completion and quality standards.

Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Unused portions of premium subscriptions may be refunded at Elite Spa's discretion for service quality issues or extenuating circumstances.

Executive-level confidentiality is fundamental to Elite Spa's service delivery.

Data Protection Standards

• Military-grade encryption for all data transmission and storage
• Strict access controls for client information
• Regular security audits by third-party cybersecurity firms

Platform Role & Limitations

• Therapists operate as independent contractors, not employees
• Platform liability is limited to technology facilitation services

Service Quality Standards

While Elite Spa maintains high standards for therapist qualifications and conducts background verification, the quality and outcome of individual services remain the responsibility of the independent contractor therapist.

Resolution Process

1. Direct resolution attempt through Elite Spa customer support
2. Mandatory mediation with neutral third-party mediator
3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
4. Limited court jurisdiction for specific legal matters

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, with English as the language of proceedings.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Elite Spa.

Elite Spa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
