Age and Legal Requirements

All users must be at least 18 years of age to access massage-service.in. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Identity Verification

• Identity verification is required for premium clients and therapists
• Professional background checks are mandatory for all therapist accounts
• All users must provide accurate and current information

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify massage-service.in immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Booking Process

• Services are available within designated metropolitan areas only
• All bookings are subject to therapist availability in your area
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing

Payment Structure

• 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking
• Remaining 60% is due after successful service completion
• All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes

Coin Wallet

• massage-service.in offers a coin wallet system for convenient transactions
• Coins can be used for bookings and subscription payments
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• Coins do not expire while your account remains active

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for all transactions initiated through your account.

Client Payment Obligations

• Subscription fees are billed per your selected plan
• Payment is required before subscription activation
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes

Therapist Compensation

Therapists on massage-service.in operate as independent contractors. Therapists are compensated per completed appointment, with platform service fees deducted as per their agreement with the platform.

• Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows are treated as completed appointments - no refund will be issued
• If the platform or therapist cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Key Points

• Refunds after service completion are considered only for verified, genuine dissatisfaction following review by our team
• Simply requesting a refund without a valid reason does not qualify for processing
• The decision of the massage-service.in team regarding refunds is final

All users are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior while using massage-service.in. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing contact information outside the platform to bypass service coordination
• Engaging in any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activity
• Manipulation of reviews, ratings, or feedback systems
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward therapists, clients, or staff

For Clients

• Clients choose and book services at their own discretion and responsibility
• Clients must maintain respectful and professional behavior with therapists at all times
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward therapists will result in immediate and permanent ban
• The platform is not responsible for interactions between clients and therapists beyond facilitating the booking

For Therapists

• Services available on the platform are defined and listed by the platform
• Therapists choose which listed services they wish to provide at their own discretion
• Therapists must maintain professional and respectful behavior with all clients at all times
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward clients will result in immediate removal from the platform
• Therapists provide services as independent professionals and are solely responsible for their conduct

Consequences of Violation

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Forfeiture of any remaining subscription balance or wallet coins
• Legal action where applicable

Platform Role and Limitations

• massage-service.in facilitates connections but does not guarantee service outcomes
• Therapists operate as independent contractors, not employees of the platform
• Platform liability is limited to technology facilitation services
• Users assume responsibility for service interactions and outcomes

Limitation of Liability

The total liability of massage-service.in shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the platform in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall massage-service.in be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Resolution Process

1. Contact our customer support team via email for initial resolution
2. If unresolved, mandatory mediation with a neutral third-party mediator
3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
4. Limited court jurisdiction for specific legal matters only

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against massage-service.in.

Terms Updates

massage-service.in reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in April 2026 and are effective immediately for all massage-service.in platform users.
